Spas

In my new topic, Spas, readers will discover the many health and wellness benefits that spas provide, including the effects of spa services such as hydrotherapy. In Spas, readers will travel to urban areas as well as the far corners of the globe to discover what they can expect at small, secluded spas as well as large, multi-tiered family-oriented spa resorts. In addition, they'll learn about the benefits of home spas and spa products.

Whether you're seeking out a spa for your next get-away, searching for a local facility to visit regularly, or getting the most out of your home bathing experience, Spas will help you find what you're looking for.

In addition to my new column on spas, I'll continue to write articles on autoimmune diseases in the autoimmune disease topic of the general medicine section.
